AMEND THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS WITHOUT ANY NOTICE.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall GlobalHG.com, or its licensors, suppliers, or
vendors, their officers, directors, employees, or agents, be liable
for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages of
any kind, or for any damages whatsoever resulting from loss of use,
data or profits, whether or not GlobalHG.com, has been advised
of possibility of the damage, arising out of or in connection with
the use or performance of the site or of failure to provide services
that you order from GlobalHG.com, or its affiliates, including
without limitation, damages arising from mistake, omission, virus,
delay, or interruption of service. In no event shall GlobalHG.com,
be liable or responsible for any damages or consequences arising
from or related to your inappropriate or unauthorized use of the
site or its content.
TURNAROUNDS
Next Business Day turnaround: Most jobs in by midnight of the
following day will be ready the next day by 5:30 PM, problem jobs or
jobs that require proofs won’t be considered as next business day.
In addition, large orders may require additional processing time. If
your order can not be shipped next business day we will contact you
immediately.
Note that it is most jobs that are available next business day; we
do not guarantee that your job will go out next business day.
Various other factors such as equipment failures, technical
difficulties, large production days, or anything else outlined under
the "ORDER SHIPPING AND DELIVERY" section of this document may
impede on our turnaround time.
RETURNS / REFUNDS
Since all orders are unique to the customer, All Sales Are Final. If
we verify that we made an error, we will re-print the order. No
Refunds or Credit.
Customer must notify GlobalHG.com, within 6 business days of order
acceptance to notify any defects discovered in the ordered product
or the claim will be denied. In order to receive replacement
Customer must return 100% of the received product within 15 days (on
their own expense) from the time when the ordered product delivery
was taken.
We will only take products back if there are defects or if
specifications are not met as long as they are specifications that
we have agreed to do on the signs. For example, we do not offer die
cutting. So placing an order with specifications for die cutting
will not get you die cut signs. Any specifications you place during
the order will appear on your invoice. These specifications are used
as a reference and NOT a sales order.
This is for the sake of honesty and quality control. Global hg will
not assume that a product is printed incorrectly based solely on a
customer's word and quality control needs to examine the product in
person to determine the cause of the print error. This is to
increase our quality and to best serve our customers.
CUSTOMER CONTENT
You understand that all information, data, text, photographs,
graphics, messages or other materials ("Content") are the sole
responsibility of the person from which such Content originated.
This means that you, and not GlobalHG.com, are entirely responsible
for all Content that you use from GlobalHG.com, Gallery or send,
upload, post or transmit via the Service. Recognizing the global
nature of the Internet, you agree to comply with all local rules
regarding online conduct and acceptable Content. You agree to not
use the Service to send, upload, post or otherwise transmit any
Content that contains (i) child pornography or anything indecent,
homosexual, obscene, lewd, lascivious, filthy or vile; (ii) a threat
to kidnap or injure a person, a threat to injure the personal
property or reputation of another person, a threat to accuse any
person of a crime, a threat to inform another that a person has
violated any law of the United States, or a threat of
blackmail/extortion; (iii) any matter advocating or urging the
violation of liberties granted to living beings by their creator;
(iv) any defamatory remarks directed any individual person; or (v)
any content that infringes the intellectual property rights or other
proprietary rights of GlobalHG.com, or any third party does not
control posted by Customers and does not guarantee the accuracy,
integrity or quality of the Content Under no circumstances will
GlobalHG.com, be liable to you in any way for any Content you
may be exposed to that you may find offensive, indecent or
objectionable. Products and services are provided for your personal
use only. You agree to abide by these terms of service and not to
use these products and services or related messages for any
unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials,
"junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or any
other form of solicitation.
You acknowledge that GlobalHG.com does not pre-screen Content, but
that GlobalHG.com and its affiliates shall have the right (but not
the obligation) in their sole discretion to remove any Content that
violates the terms of service or may otherwise be objectionable. You
further acknowledge and agree that GlobalHG.com. may preserve
Content and may also disclose Content if required to do so by law or
in the good faith belief that such preservation or disclosure is
reasonably necessary to: (a) comply with legal process; (b) enforce
the terms of service; (c) respond to claims that the Content
violates the rights of third-parties; or (d) protect the rights,
property, or personal safety of GlobalHG.com, its users and the
public.
In addition, GlobalHG.com, does not ask for verification of the
products or services you are requesting in regard to your official
affiliation with the organization you are claiming to represent. We
will process your order, however GlobalHG.com, will not be held
liable for any and everything that happens in regards to fraudulent
use of products purchased.
INDEMINITY
You agree that you shall indemnify and defend GlobalHG.com, and all
parties from whom GlobalHG.com, has licensed portions of Content,
and their directors, officers, and employees, against all claims,
liability, damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal
fees and expenses arising out of or related to (i) your breach of
these Terms of Use or (ii) any suit, claim, or demand arising from
or relating to any text, photograph, image, graphic or other
material you incorporated into Products.
ORDER APPROVAL
Customer is fully responsible for final proof and layout approval
prior to the printing process.
GlobalHG.com, is NOT LIABLE for errors in a final product caused by
any of the following reasons:
Misspelling, Graphics, Bleeds, Grammar, Damage Fonts, Punctuation,
Wrong cuts, Incorrect or Missing Folds, Die Lines, Crop Marks,
Transparency, Overprint, Finished Product Size. We DO NOT make any
changes on customer files. Minimum charge for typesetting and design
is $45.00.

Recommended File Types.
Adobe Photoshop (.psd)
Adobe Illustrator (.ai or .eps)
QuarkXpress (.qxd) (There will be an additional charge for Quark
files)
We also accept the following file formats:
.eps .pdf .tif .jpeg (must be submitted in 300dpi CMYK)
File types that we DO NOT accept:
Adobe InDesign (.indd)
Adobe PageMaker (.pmd)
Microsoft Publisher (.pub)
Microsoft PowerPoint (.ppt)
Microsoft Word (.doc)
How should I name my files?
All files should be saved including the following in the name: Job
Name, Size, Side, Extention
Example:
Wild Wednesdays 4x6 FR.jpg or Wild Wednesdays 4x6 BK.jpg
Resolution of Files
We require a minimum resolution of 100-150 dpi at 100% final print
size or 200-300 dpi at 50% print size on all Raster Based designed
and submitted files such as TIF, PSD, JPEG & etc.
Vector based files, resolution is irrelevant and files can be
reduced or enlarged to almost any size without loosing quality.
Is critical artwork or text too close to the trim?
Text or images that are not meant to get trimmed off the edge of
your final printed piece must be 1/4" (.25) from the edge of your
layout (also known as Safety). Images that are meant to go to the
very edge of your design must extend into the bleed area 1/8”
(0.125). Due to the very small shifting that occurs during cutting,
it is NOT recommended that you use a border of less than 1⁄4” (.25)
if your design calls for the use of a border. We cannot, and will
not, guarantee that small borders will be the same size after
trimming if you have used a border of less that 1⁄4” (.25).
Is my job the wrong size?
What is Bleed?
Digital files must be built at the correct bleed size. Whenever
possible, to ensure correct page size and to prevent
additional charges during file preparation.
RGB-to-CMYK conversion of your images
You will have more control over the appearance of your printed piece
if you convert all of the images from RGB to CMYK before sending
them to us. When we receive RGB images, we do a standard-value
conversion to CMYK, which may not be perfectly to your liking. We
want you to be happy, so please, take the time to prepare your file
properly. We cannot be responsible for sub-par results if you
furnish your images in RGB. Even though monitors always use RGB to
display colors, the colors you see on your monitor will more closely
match the final printed piece if you are viewing them in the CMYK
color space. Be aware that computer monitors can display colors in
RGB that will not make the conversion to CMYK. These colors are said
to be "out of the CMYK color gamut". What happens is the RGB to CMYK
translator just gets as close as possible to the appearance of the
original and that's as good as it can be. So it's best to select any
colors you use for fonts or other design elements in your layout
using CMYK definitions instead of RGB. That way, you will have a
better idea of how they will appear in your printed piece.
All artwork or designs and images should be provided in CMYK format.
GlobalHG.com is not responsible for any color shift that occurs in
conversions from RGB to CMYK or PMS Pantone colors to CMYK color
modes.
All artwork, designs and images must be provided in minimum of 150
DPI and CMYK/RGB color mode. GlobalHG.com is not responsible for
images printed as fuzzy, distorted or pixilated due to customer
provided artwork.
GlobalHG.com will do everything in their power to make sure the
prints come out as good as they can.
• For the best results on printing Solid Blacks (Excluding text
smaller than 30 pt.)use C=30%
M=20% Y=20% K=100%.
• JPEG files must be saved with maximum quality setting checked.
• Banners must have at least 2.5” Bleed (Safety Area for hem and
grommet) at final print size.
• Live area of the banner should remain within the 2.5” bleed area.
• Pole Pockets, If required, allow 4” Bleed area (Safety area) on
the sides where pocket poles are
required.
• Important note: Please do not place important objects, text and
key elements too close to the
edge of your banner artwork files as they will be trimmed off,
hemmed or grommeted during
finishing of your banner. For the best results keep your key
elements of your design 2” to 3”
inside the edges.
COLOR PROOFING & MATCHING
GlobalHG.com, is not liable for color matching or ink density on
screen proofs approved by the customers. Screen proofs will predict
design layout, text accuracy, image proportion and placement, but
not color or density.
Application of UV Coating may effect or change the appearance of the
printed colors. GlobalHG.com is not liable for the final color
appearance of a UV product.
PMS color matching is available upon request for no additional
charge to your order. If there sis a color you need completely
matched, we will need to be contacted in order to to the PMS
matching. We will not match any other color charts (paint charts, 3M
vinyl charts, etc)
ORDER CANCELLATION
GlobalHG.com, will be happy to help you cancel your order prior to
printing. However, orders may be eligible for cancellation upon
request via email. Our Customer Service Team will inform you of any
cancellation charges depending on the stage of the order.
Orders may not be cancelled or refunded once they have been Plated
or any process thereafter. Absolutely no refunds will be issued once
an order has been plated or any process thereafter, including but
not limited to Printing, Coating, and / or Finishing.
Once the order has been placed successfully, no refunds are issued
for the logo and/or Graphic design services.
GlobalHG.com is not responsible for any duplicated orders that are
placed on our web site due to the customer mistake.
RUSH PROCESSING
Rush processing may be available upon request. Additional fees may
apply to a rush processing job. The fees and the ability to produce
a rush job will depend on numerous things, including: setup time;
the time of day you are placing the order; the size (sq feet) or the
order, and the other orders we are producing that day.
If you want to rush process an order you must do so when you go to
place the order by calling 1-888-574-4675.
RE-ORDERS
Effective 08.01.06 GlobalHG.com is hereby notifying customers that
due to system requirements all electronic files for job orders will
not be kept in our system for more than 30 days after order date.
Due to this limitation we no longer accept re-orders of previously
printed jobs. All files need to be re-submitted every time an order
is placed. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. If you
have any questions please contact our customer service department.
ORDER SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
GlobalHG.com, will always act to make sure that any production
difficulties do not delay delivery schedules. In no case shall
GlobalHG.com, be liable for any consequential or damages resulting
from any delay in shipment or delivery.
All GlobalHG.com, customers agree not to hold GlobalHG.com, liable
for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, shipping
company delays, international customs issues or any other
circumstances beyond GlobalHG.com, direct control. GlobalHG.com,
shipment and delivery dates are calculated based upon estimates
provided by our suppliers.
GlobalHG.com, will always act to make sure that delivery schedules
are met. However, unexpected equipment failure, malfunction and or
technical problems may delay the printing process. In case of delay
caused by technical difficulty, rush charges/fees will be refunded
or waived where applicable. However, technical difficulty will not
be the grounds for order cancellation or a refund.
GlobalHG.com will not be held liable for any and all “Acts of God”
which may impede on our ability to process and ship your order. Acts
of God includes anything that is out of human control or prevention.
This includes, but is not limited to, flooding, earthquakes,
impromptu end of life for GlobalHG.com management, epidemics,
plagues, tornados, hurricanes, rapid climate shift, fire, lightning
strikes, or a change in the earth’s gravitational pull.
In addition, GlobalHG.com will not be held responsible for any and
all “Acts of Society” which may impede on our ability to process and
ship your order. Acts of Society includes anything that is created
by other humans that is beyond our control (of both the labor and
management) and will hinder our work process. This includes, but is
not limited to, acts of war, foreign invasion, acts of terrorism,
heinous criminal acts (such as arson or murder), sabotage on our
equipment, computers, or vehicles, bio terrorism/anthrax, labor
strikes, management lockouts, being denied physical entrance to our
work place by any means (a riot, mob, motor vehicle has crashed into
our building, the building is surrounded by a blockade, etc), or any
changes in the local, state, federal, or global political spectrum
and all legislative, executive, or judicial law enacted by these
bodies that may affect our work.
GlobalHG.com can only use its own shipping account and will not use
customer provided account numbers for any couriers. Orders must be
shipped at whole quantities and may not be split up.
PAYMENT AND PROCESSING
GlobalHG.com will not process any order until we have received
payment for it that means that your credit card is charged when you
place your order with us, not when it ships. Please understand if
there are any other charges we will contact you to charge your card
again either over the phone or online. We do NOT keep your credit
information on hand for any reason; once it is charged it goes
through our credit card processor. We keep the last 4 digits only so
that you can reference the credit card you used to make your
purchase.
If you choose to pay via check or money order, we will wait till the
check or money order clears before we process and ship your order.
Until then it will remain in our system on hold.
SHIPPING ERRORS & LOST PACKAGES
Lost or damaged claims can only be filed for shipments over $50.00
in value and can only be done after 30 days from package shipment.
GlobalHG.com is not responsible for 3rd party shipping errors,
omissions or damaged shipments.
CUSTOMER SUPPLIED INCORRECT ADDRESS
When a package is not delivered due to an error made by the customer
in submitting the proper shipping address, GlobalHG.com will reship
the package with corrected address and charge an additional shipping
fee for the shipment.
REFUSAL OF SERVICE
We reserve the right to refuse service without disclosing a reason.
